ctbuh-oct16-event-imageThe mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) systems embedded in urban developments offer an increasing number of opportunities while becoming more complex.

On October 4th, The Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat (CTBUH) is hosting a dialogue in Toronto to discuss new technologies and techniques that are influencing the way tall buildings are designed. The session will explore what is being done well and what is being missed.

Gerard MacDonald, Principal at Reshape, will be speaking to district energy – an opportunity to go beyond building-isolated systems and realize economic, resilience, and environmental benefits through neighbourhood energy. Electric Viewglass, Humancentric lighting, and Integrated Piping Systems will also be discussed.
